Thank you so much. I just had a window like that I had to fix and had no clue how to take it apart.

What about condensation between the glass plates? Air between them have some moisture already. If the sealing between them isn't hermetic, moisture will get in anyway, probably insects will get in too?

A lot left out here. In real life you start with a broken window sitting in a window frame and proceed from there.

Yes, you are right but that part is different in each case. Removing a broken window is unique in each case.

Thanks for the video you did scare me with the block of wood putting that white strip back in.

Try making your next video disabling the window for installation of new glass.

no offense, but in your workbench video... you disabled the comments by the way. You looked pissed off. Couple areas thats weren't flush on the legs you fabricated which I thought was a brilliant idea. Don"t take this the wrong way... The bench turned out nice, but think you went too fast in the build. An extra attention (couple hours extra) to detail would of made it PERFECT. Good work though overall. I'm a maniac when it comes to being square and flush but overall great job brother! Cool video on your workbench

Just to let you know..... this the wrong way to repair a double pane window. Repairing a double window like this will always fail with moisture do to air trapped between the panes. Go to your local glass shop and buy a double pane glass replacement sealed from a aftermarket supplier. And most aftermarket suppliers offer a warranty if the glass fails.

window factories omit one bit of old glazer technique, without which the seal adhesive pulls away from the glass,,almost universal is workers using the house mix of blue bottle spray windex type on the glass before the step of joining the 2 panes with the grey sticky stuff,,glass is coated with tiny plastic beads,,the stuff makes window surfaces slightly gritty, that grit prevents glass from rubbiing during shipment & the shaking & jarring of the road trip, glass surfaces thus need cerium oxide to polish off all the damn grit,,or the older item used by window assemblers & installers of a hundred years ago,,pumice,,powdered calcium carbonate, this gets the glass super squeaky clean,,,the extra time & material is a tiny measure in money & worker time to fill orders, but extends the lifetime for 40 plus years,,try & get a few of the hundreds of window factories to do this,I dare ya
