У нас та же технология ремонта гидроцилиндров. Практически один в один, разве что на руках цилиндры не носим, есть кран-балка и варю я полуавтоматом а не ручником. Молодцы, лайк за труды!

@@Анеботакоеже Конечно будет держатся. На заводе изготовителе гидроцилиндров основные швы варит робот,на предприятиях поменьше как и мы при ремонте варим полуавтоматом. Естественно у нас сварщики проходят регулярно аттестацию, оборудование и материалы сертифицированы. Тут вряд ли так же, всё это денег больших стоит предприятию на все аттестации. Гостехнадзор нас строго проверяет.

Смотрел видео и как лет на 40 назад окунулся. Все родное, станки, грязюка и рабочая атмосфера. Даже станочники где то такие же. Думал, что в России все это вымерло. Оказывается где то еще теплится . Даже переаттестации кто то из сварщиков проходит. Чудно.

I would think you learn to be very careful when working instead of being lax on the job. Most of these guys grew up around this type of work. Not saying there isn't accidents, but I would imagine it's a lot lower than here in the states where you go to work half a sleep and don't really pay attention to what you're doing (Of course not everyone in the states are that way...).
