As much as we talked about the drama with lakers, we all can agree they will take care of their Stars even when they are over the hill! Klay deserved to get a big payday even though he is not the same player he used to be. Sometimes you just have take care of a player who have been so darn good to you. Lakers did it for Kobe and they know Mamba was done. But respect and appreciation of a player will make you take care them even though regular business practice would say not to do so..
