This gave me ideas. I guess I can proooobably put an actual usb socket in it and change the og charger to have a usb cable at the end too. That'd fix my connection issue.

Hello Sir. Thanks. Motor sab mein same use hota hai. Suppose motor zyada heat ho raha hai toh power bank use mat kijeye. Motor burn out ho sakta hai. Don't run more than 5 mins at a time.

i have same trimmer and it dies out within 10 secs I was thinking to use while its charging but that too doesnot work becoz the battery dies in 2 sec so I was thinking to create some circuit and make it corded instead cordless

These trimmers have the same problem. The battery dies within a year and you can't operate it while charging. You can use 5v usb method or replace batteries but you'll need to de-solder old batteries first which is a pain.

Hello Sir, this could be due to water entering the trimmer body when washing. Please use hair dryer to dry it. If this does not solve the issue, please check the switch wiring.

5v 2A is ideal to run this motor. Maybe the power bank is detecting that this is pulling more current and auto shutting. You can try using mobile charger but be safe. If this doesn't work there maybe a problem with your motor brushes.

@@eb_reviews as I already mentioned I have tried 3 different charged with 3 different ampere, but non of them are able to run trimmer blades, and if by any chance trimmer blade runs, they are not getting enough power to cut thik hair like we have on our head. Plz guide, why with even 5v and 3 ampere motor is not generating enough power to sustain hair cut, but a simple battery(provided with trimmer) is doing it?

PINOUT: looking from the back side is LEFT PIN POSITIVE (+) and RIGHT PIN NEGATIVE (-). Exactly shown at 7:52 Original output voltage is 4.3V 2W but you can use 4.5 to 5V power supply with a good amperage.

Sir, first you will need connect 2 wires to +ve and -ve terminals of the speaker. You will need 4.5v DC adapter with 1 Amp or less. It should work. Don't use above 5v. It may damage circuit board due to heat.

Instead of 5 volts adapter, use 3 volt 1 amp charger. Else give it a break every 5 mins as motor and blade will get heated.

Hey, not sure about this. Maybe you could try using an adapter with slightly higher power rating. But a decent power bank will suffice. I'm still using my power bank to run this.

Thanks for this informative video. I also have one and facing the similar issue. I tried to replicate what u showed up with mi charger whose output is DC 5V 2amp. the motor in the trimmer is getting sufficient voltage but not current .the torque required for starting the motor is high so requires more current . use a cable which has a higher gauge ( thicker cable ) as well as use a shorter cable . instead replace the batteries with 2 AAA NiMH rechargeable batteries , it will work as new , w/o harming the motor ...

Hey I'll surely try it in the future. This will include de-soldering existing batteries and sourcing new lithium ion batteries of same rating. I don't think normal AAA 1.5 v Duracell rechargeable batteries will work.

Sorry Sir, you will have to buy new charger. There is not way to charge battery without original charger. Fake charger can damage internal battery and chip.

Since it uses 2 1.2volt batteries, the motor is supposed to work on 2.4v. the powerbank supplies 5volts, which will ultimately damage the motor after some days. Don't do it, instead replace the batteries with any good quality AAA rechargeable batteries.

bhai I have one question to ask, can we make it in a way that we don't have to used the charger because the circuit itself has this mechanism of changing the AC to Dc as it was charging the battery using the same circuit inside the trimmer. I think there is no need to use external charger or power bank, we can instead use the internal cicruit if we can just understand the connections and the circuit.
