I have a visibly blown diode (D6). Clearly blown apart. Corrosion on adjacent soldering nodes from the inner material. Anyone know where I can get a DY-HF-POWER-CM-U circuit card.

Where did you find a replacement fuse ?

Online. Search for the number printed in the fuse. Also on local electronic components stores, I didn’t have luck.

Also you may find other similar fuses, with a different value like 210. I recommend not to use other values, for safety reasons, as this can lead to damage. Remember fuses are there to limit.

I would try checking if there is power being delivered to the fan, checking if there is something stuck, and maybe open it to check the motor (coil, magnets)

Remove fan and plate at the same time. The plate had 6 screws I think

Please details how to open it, your air fryer wasnt workjng before, so mine the fan work but no current to résistance, and find dificult to test thermofuse.
