How to replace change Headlight bulb in Hyundai Tucson 05-09

Other than checking my oil level and knowing when to get gas, I know almost nothing about automobile maintenance. I needed to have my burned out headlight replaced in my Tucson, and came across this video while researching how to do it on my own. Your instructions were incredibly simple and easy to follow, and after watching this video I was able to replace my bulb with no problems. This was such a great help to me. Thank you so much!

You need to do lots more, man.. change oil, learn to rotate tires, check coolant levels, check steering fluid, replace battery

Great video, thanks so much! Only thing I would add is when you open it up, take a photo of how the current bulb and wire are set up. Makes it easier when installing the new one back in, especially on driver side where its harder to see. Failing that, you can also open the other side as well. Thanks again this made the job much quicker!

The first time years ago, I unscrewed the retaining clip. Thanks for saving me fifteen to twenty minutes. Made quite a difference considering it was just above freezing.

great video, Mine just went out on the low beam and I am driving with high beam, going to local AutoZone Friday and try this out. I love my 2006 6cyl GLS Limited and it still runs great at 133,000 miles.

Thanks! Made swapping my bulbs out stupid easy. Unfortunately the clip on my left side was underneath the wires because some dumbass decided it would be funny to make it overly difficult. Another inch on the wires and it would've swung free easily, but instead I got to twist and swear at it for 15 minutes until I squeezed it past the wires 😂

Headlight bulb is a 9003 bulb. i just replaced mine in my 07 Tucson.

While trying to take out the bulb, I accidentally took the hose pipe out (the pipe close to the bulb). How do i reattach it properly

Juana garcia it has its own bracket. It’s a very small one on the top of the headlight from the inside.

It is much more easy to take off the whole light. It holds only on two screws . You remove the screws and you puch up the light forward. You have to disconect the cables before off course. Than you will have an acces to everything especialy to the metalic clip which has a tendecy to jump and fly while removing.
