Hi, I have a 2024 North Pole Tree Trimmers Band Collection - Stuey on Sax. I left it in the car and the temperature was around -12 C. The lights are not working when I turned it on. I saw that each LED’s are directly soldered on the motherboard. I would like to understand what component control the lights. I could not find a diagram of the motherboard. Could you please help me?

Hi There, sounds like you took it apart. If you can send me images of the top and bottom of the circuit board then I can see what might be the issue. Also when you say the lights are not working does it still play music or it's completely dead? Please email response and images to [e-mail].
