We have the same issue on our C6 Z06 track car. Slips the wheel inside the slicks. We had the beads knurled and then mounted them using hairspray. No slip ever.

If the tire is moving you almost have to assume that the tire is moving.... well at lest more then a little. a buddy of mine was having the same issue. I broke the bread and there was a film from the tire soap. what i did from there is dismount the tires and clean everything and installed the tires with dawn dish soap and water.... we marked the tires and they haven't moved sense and that was like 7 to 8 yrs ago.

Hey, how about World Time attack.....? Have you seen Robert Uhr in Sweden he has now the Swedish Time Attack record for front wheeled cars, also a Saab 9³.....The family Uhr in Sweden is known for having a long time tinkering with Saab and (not really sure) but had a company called Nordic by Uhr... Asked you a bunch of questions last upload and you said "answers in the next video".....? And as I said last time to, between races if the car going good dont fix anything thats not broken... fluids, bolts and things that wear and moves is the focus... So you did the right thing to focus on the comfort of your driving position, to get more relaxed and take away heat from places that need colling... Good driving , and nice job... Sorry one more questions, delieted your mirrors 👍...but could it be possible to install cameras as mirrors instead, ok maybe add some weight to install a display of some sort....? Maybe impossible to see anything....
