Repairing Stanley Hot Glue Gun could not fix

thanks for the video and effort but yeah as others said keeping it in camera view all the time and showing what it looks like as you set it up for reassembly would be really helpful. for example how do you fit the power cable back in. Mine seems like it was press fit and wont go back in.

Thank you for your comment. I only had a little tripod at that time which was 3 years ago. I have better tripods now and a GoPro 12. It can be hard to repair certain items due to parts being hard to buy. And sometimes parts for some items can’t even be sold to people repairing them.

Do you mean a more in depth video of how I fixed it?. if so the hardest part of the video was for me to find where the spring goes near the end of the video.

@@tommyoconnor97 Yes. Fixing the spring was not clearly shown . Also inside the barrel of hot glue, there must have some hardended glue. I was wondering how you cleaned the barrel so that new glue would flow smoothly . Your video is good and thank you for posting .

There seemed to be no problem with the barrel of the hot glue gun for me. As you can see from the video it shows that I cut off the glue that was stuck. And pulled it out with a long nose pliers. Hope this helps.
