Quick Tip for anyone using CA glue or loctite to lock a nut onto bolt threads, you apply it before you tighten the nut down, not after as shown in this video. That way it coils itself around the threads with the nut and holds better. Although true it will penetrate some after the nut has been tightened, but nothing like it should. Not trying to be a know-it-all, and maybe he has a reason for doing this, just wanted to put that out there for anyone taking notes on these repairs.

He's going so fast that he might not want to risk getting a bit on his tools and slowing him down. applying on the outside after tightening might just be a good enough measure.
