Repairs: Dryer Belt Panasonic NH-309b

My small, shallow Panasonic Dryer: NH-309b had a broken belt.
I decided to fix it rather than shell out the cash for a new dryer.
Even though this is not a how-to per se, it is meant as a simple encouragement to anyone who also is in a similar position. If you have little extra money to spend on appliances then try fixing, or at least, attempting to fix things like this.
Initially I had no clue what was wrong but eventually found out and successfully repaired the dryer.
