Thanks for another great video, you actually helped me with an issue I’ve been having. Another issue I’m having is with Kittl’s design templates and removing backgrounds. I noticed that it doesn’t remove the background very well when I export the file and I’m not sure why. Sometimes the words will have part of the color removed and other times the background appears to be removed but when I open the image it’s still there.

You can choose to hide the production partner if you'd like, and then enter a different name for them. For example, instead of allowing it to say "Printify" you could hide it and then enter a name like "Printing Specialist" instead. I have seen several sellers do this as well. It's really just personal preference for what you want to show on your listings. I have not had any issues with allowing my listings to show the production partners by name but if you would prefer to that is also fine.

Does it matter if I mention a partner ( any POD) on Etsy, or not? I have seen some KZbinrs who don't mention any POD they use and just state "I did it" in the listing although they do use a POD

If you leave the "who made it" question as "I did", you would be misrepresenting how the product is made. It's fine to leave it as "I did" for digital downloads of designs you created but when using print on demand, it should be answered "someone else" to accurately reflect how the product is made. This would create a potential reason for Etsy to suspend your shop if somehow they discover that your listings all say that you make your products but they are actually printed and shipped by another company.

Frustrating for us beginners, when you say something like, press the "option" key. Where is the option key?

If you're using a keyboard that has windows-only keys, the "option" key would be labeled "WIN", between the CTRL and ALT keys.
