I had the same issue like 1 month ago. Suddenly I got an email which says i got banned all fc,fifa games. I waited like 2-3 weeks. Opened like 5+ cases. They don’t help. Thats it. And they don’t tell why did you get banned. Try to reach everyone you can. One morning i got an email that my ban was removed. Without any compensation or something. Try to reach higher position ea employees via ea help live chat. Ffs

PC community is like way sweatier than past years . Maybe i face at most like 2 casuals a WL this year. It could be the hackers that distorting the system . Rank 1 players from past years are getting 12 13 wins this year and rank 2 and 3 even less . So it has a trickle down effect and every game is hard. Even when u have a few losses u face people just fighting for their lives . EA need to give like PC players 17 games for a WL :D

I was 8-2 in weekend league, 3-2 up in the 91st minute and conceded a baseline shot from that ridiculous unrealistic angle that seems to always go in. Was up in pens and go down the middle for the winner, it gets saved, I lose the shootout and then the game just goes against me from every kick off. I've been finishing with 11 wins on Xbox almost every week but this might be the killer, if I have another weekend league next weekend like this (8wins) and nothing close to a toty packed then I'll hang it up until tots. Just feels awful to play this game now. ☹️
