It’s not pretentious to create a photo book. It’s no different than creating pottery, a painting or a woodworking project. You’re a creator and the book is a product of your creativity. Keep on creating! Beautiful book!

Dear Gary, please make sure to not give away this book. It is really heartworming to see how happy you are with it and it is your work. For friends and followers, it would then again, be great if we could buy it additionally. I would pay for it. It looks very well composed and the quality and 'paper' look promising. I had some books printed myself from helicopter photos I took years ago and was happy that I could order as many copies as I wanted and hand these out. The quality and price were maybe only 30% of the product you have shown here. Very happy for you and that you have the chance to create and receive this book. Enjoy it.

Don't give it away, swap or sell it! Your children and future grandchildren would love being able to look through your images. Books are so tactile, can be timeless but hold so many memories. Probably unbeknown to you, your children will remember the times you've gone off and taken the shots and have their own stories. Nice one, Matey. Did I say, I'd keep it 👍🏻

Having all our photos stuck on the hard drive is frustrating. We try to print a book for ourselves at least once a year and I have given them as gifts, they’re perfect for mothers or Father’s Day! We have been using MPIX in the US and it’s very nice to see our photos printed. We also make 4 inch prints with a canon selphy printer and put them in simple paper frames on the mantle and we purchased OG photo albums for the kids to get their photos off the their phones!

I've done this 6 times. Saal often put a post up promoting to photographers looking for people to trial their products. I've got 6 books like this now. Amazing quality. Printing your work just elevates your photos. There is no substitute. If your not printing, what's the point in taking photos just to view them on a screen.

I willl be doing my 3rd one soon, all about Cannock chase where I live. The cost of a printer, inks, paper , compared to the cost of a book is a no brainer for me, as my printing skills ain't brilliant. The other main factor that convinced me was, Handing family & friends a book rather than say, 70 prints to hold and look through seemed a better idea. As for quality, I was blown away, printed on lustre paper with a bespoke cover. Delivery isn't that long either.. I'd keep it if I was you, as I often look through mine, rather than look on line, or fire up the computer. Another lovely video too.

Well done 👍 congratulations. The pages are contorting due to humidity. As someone who has produced over twenty luxury coffee-table books for leading hotels other than info page I would not have any pages with two images. It really does break the continuity. Also as a flat-lay book you might in future want to consider a panoramic image across the centre spread.

Hang on to the bloody book. Pass it on to your grandkids so that they can look at what Grandad doesn't remember any more. Photo's always look better printed and in a book. Never done it myself. Did have a long conversation with professional 'heritage' photography curators who begged everyone at a meeting to make sure that someone, who is likely to outlive you, has the password to your cloud or hard drive that you keep your photo's on. Otherwise, as hardly anybody prints out these days, all your photo's will never be seen by anyone ever again. (Anything you don't want other people to see keep on a separate password protected hard drive - obviously 🤨)
