Some fans messaged us recently and told us they broke down front camera by hot air gun during the heating process of recovery, and ends up with the front camera became blurry even damaged. And they have to resume the factory settings if replace the whole front camera parts to do the repair. But in that way, the phone data will miss, so this time we try to fix this problem by replacing the blue lenses.

replace individual front camera won't effeect Face ID. For the cost, we suggest you inquiry local repair shop, bro.

so I did this and the camera works but, face Id only works when I dont have the screen covering the sensor or if I just have the screen half a centimeter away from the phone. when I put the screen completely on it comes up with message "face Id not avaliable try again later". this is when I setup face id. please help

I have a iPhone X With broken Front Camera. Camera is fuzzy and Face ID Setup ends up with move mobile little up lower. Can Front Camera be an issue behind Face ID faillure?

Yes it could be. Just like the video shows, when the camera fuzzy the Face ID not work. As you know the Face ID works depends on front camera, infrared camera and Dot projector, if any one of them damage, the face ID won't work.

Hammad, replace whole front camera module, the face ID will stop working(it won't work even you replace the individual sensor flex). If replace the front camera only, the Face ID still work.
