Hi is the crank shaft sensor in behind this cover aswell?

Hi , please take into consideration that in some engines , the 2 sensors are not the same , for example on a Opel Tigra 2005 z14xep 1.4 liters gas , and the original sensor has 18mm exactly , and it looks like in the video the one with the metal cap. The new one that was in some sort of plastic housing like the old one from the video had 20mm and it didn't fit .

My car is very difficult to start for the first time, after about 20 seconds it starts, especially when it is cold. and after that every start goes well, so only the 1st start. Battery ignition coil spark plug has been replaced, what do you think? I would like to help, can it be done by the sensor that only works the 1st time
