Replace DD15 Serpentine belt

So that's how U do it! I was told by a mechanic that in order to put that longer belt you needed to take off the fan belt first but you didn't do that so I realize that he just wanted to put more hours on his work! Another thing that helps is to have long arms and skinny fingers! I have a heck of a hard time trying to feed that belt through tight places with my short arms and fat fingers!.... not a good combination ya know! but I did it and it saved me 2hrs of $182 per hour of labor! so thank you for the video broda!

Yo bro I had a friend change that belt twice in. Lest than one week because the pulley for the tensioner was no good the belt was walking off the pulley she had to change the pulley these DD15 engine have that problem with the pulley

At first I thought it was the pulley but the belt was just worn. I am going to change the tension pulley and the idle pulleys after the winter

I'll see if I can find someone who need a radiator. With these dd15 it's easier to take out the radiator with the housing and then take it apart when it's on the ground. Easier to work with. Robert's radiator in miami sell them almost half the price the dealer sell them for
