there is no reason to remove the door rubber seal. after removing the bottom plate, lift the door seal, to see 2 metal clips that holds the side plate in place. use flat head screw driver to pop the side plate off, by inserting it between the metal clip and the side plate, it comes off easy. then there is white plastic fastener way in there, you need a large wide flat head driver, and put it between the top white plastic and metal body frame to loosen that thing. bottom white thing is just a guide, and not a fastener.
