Sometimes even by cleaning some black spots will not be removed, because is not dirty but burned from the heat of the leds, but it does improve image quality this procedure

What are the occasions to remove the LED strip? Black spots need only cleaning, I suppose? Or is it better to change those LED also?

Yes the round spot issues, replacing all original led with fresh/ clear led diffuser leans. I use old led so its some of diffuser are scratched.

These spots are carbon generated from fuse led bulbs clean the whote sheets very properly was it very carefully make every black spot should be removed without damaging sheets than your tv will improve the quality in the end 6 41 these black spots are result of poor quality of cleaning
