You can't put back 12V plug back in to the hid ballast,it will burn the ballast and make awfull noise.

I cannot disconnect the connector from the bulb. Do i twist it or what? I won't come of by just pulling up

I expected comparion, not only tutorial how to mount. I still don't know if it is a worthy upgrade. Both solutions are of course illegal on public roads in EU.
