I have that same setup same colors wires and I want to use that google nest which has an input for the C wire do I use that tucked away blue wire or is it not compatible?

It is well known that you should not assume the wire colors are what you think they are.

You must go by wires colors: White = W, Yellow = Y, Red = R, Green = G, and Blue = C.

Check the breaker! My renter's relative blew the heat too. I have to wait for the new breaker deliver.
