So far the only thing they didn’t have was a distributor, which I got from Napa.

Not here unfortunately, they would of had to special order the part and take five days to get there. O'Rileys is my go to.

Not taking the rad cap off helps reduce the lost coolant

Good to know! I thought it would help reduce pressure, but I can see how maybe that would have the opposite effect...like shotgunning a beer. Thanks for the feedback! Really appreciate it.

Will this work for a 96 XJ with the 4.0?

I’d assume it’s pretty similar…but I’d check the manual as it is a different model variation.
