Kopervet is niet in eerste plaats bedoeld om te smeren maar om vastzitten te voorkomen (anti-seize). Wordt doorgaans gebruikt op bv bouten. Voor de bendix kun je m.i. beter gewoon lagervet gebruiken.

I see you use copper grease everywhere? Why didn’t you clean and remove the dirt in the variator? Wasn’t it possible to remove the Bendix without unscrewing the front variator? With the 139 QMB engine, the bendix comes out easily, and there is no need to unscrew the front variator.

neither: bendix is for starting the engine with electric starter motor, not to drive wheel. you should be looking at the variator, drive belt and clutch (near rear wheel) if motor does run.

Ich würde den Variodeckel nur abbauen und nicht zerlegen, weil er wieder angebaut werden muss. Aber hier lernt man wie man schrauben raus und wieder rein dreht.

The kick starter breaks very easily on these scooters. The cvt cover might be broken. there is a tiny piece of the cover that breaks off if you use the kick starter too much.
