you didn't show how to clean the wire, which the instructions state to do with every cartridge change. didn't show how to remove the packaging parts from the cartridge. did show the easiest parts of this job.

It's incomplete. He also did not demonstrate shaking the cartridge before taking off the protective cover. This only covers how to remove the cartridge and then put it back in. Here is Brother Global Support's Video that demonstrates the process on one cartridge kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWapYqVjdsaEmpY It's the same length as this one above. Though they do miss the step where you need to move the corona wire slider (Green button with an arrow that's on the left of the cartridge) back and forth a few times to clean the corona wire ending with sliding it back to the left so that the green arrow on it points at the black arrow on the cartridge. They just give subtle clues on some of these elements. Both videos could use a narration or at least text on screen stating what is being done. Neither one mentions that you turn off the printer before replacing the carts. And then what happens when you turn the printer on and it assesses the changed ink amounts. The process deserves more than a minute as it's something you don't do every week or every month. I also suggest that you read through the instructions completely before replacing your four cartridges.
