Hi, we replaced the battery in one sensor at a time until the TPMS warning lights stop showing.

You could add air to each tire and check the dash display for a pressure change.

@@fishflash1 Hi David. I've tried resetting the system but to no avail, still getting the dash msg. Mentioned it to my dealer but they quoted 4 figures to fix it! I reckon it's a battery or a sensor but there's no way, as far as i can tell, to determine which batteries/sensors are faulty. So, the FnF route looks like a winner. Dash pressure display won't show as long as this fault remains.

I have a 2009 ls460 with 200k mileage. The transmission fluid was never changed. Is it ok to drain and fill the transmission fluid?

Hi, I would have this job done by a Lexus dealer. It's quite a messy job, especially when there is not high enough space under the car to work with!

Just a side note, needed my transmission fluid changed because of some noticable slipping, called the lexus dealer and they said it's lifetime fluid and they dont change it. After advising them of the problem, they still wouldnt help. Called a few transmission shops and of course, they would do it but for a nice chunk of change!!

check the oil , if its in good or acceptable color ( red or dark red), change it , if not and looks bad and very dark with residue : don't change it all at once : empty from it as the size of 2 bottles (2 liters) of oil and fill it with a new oil , after 2-3 days repeat the process , do it 5 to 6 times . after that it should be replaced with new oil . it might coast you a bit , but its much saver than changing it all at once when its in bad shape. with that it should be ok , but it might not solve the problem .. but its a solution to start with . be careful as there is no guarantee. do your research and do it at your own risk . be aware that the oil should be changed for each 30,000 - 37,000 miles .

What is the knob next to the reset button?

its a knob to increase/decrease the range at which your vehicle detects the key (for the keyless entry system). If its turned up to the maximum, the range would be the lowest and if you turn it towards the left, the range would keep increasing.

Really? Time you spend and risk of damaging tires and wheels, I would take them to a tire shop and spend $200 for all 4.

Lexus Charged me $500 to replace just 2 tire sensors, where’d you go that charges $200 for 4 tires so I can save some money?

@@ryannrjohnson You did not read. Tire shops would charge $200 or $50 per tire to replace TPMS. I guarantee that you damaged the wires inside the tires, doing what you did.
