Replace Transmission Fluid on 9th generation Honda Civic (2012 - 2015)

This 2014 Honda Civic EX (9th generation) has around 160K miles and ALWAYS replace the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) every 30K miles. I haven’t had a single problem with the transmission so far.
I always use the genuine Honda HCF-2.
It requires a little less than four quarters. Each quarter costs me around $13.

@@gadasavideos8564 yes. Those fluids keep evolving. My 2013 odyssey used DW1 but all the others civics I have (2014/15/17/20) use hcf2. Please consider subscribing to my channel or a $thanks. Hello when u should put back the check level bolt it’s as soon as transmisión fluid start to come out or a soon it’s stop dripping transmission fluid ?

@@dhp6478 when it stops dripping ideally. Anyway, it doesn’t have to be perfect. In either situation you are super close to the ideal quantity of fluid since you are adding it slowly and stopping as soon as you see it dripping. Oh no… I think with MT you mean Manual Transmission. Then it is NOT the same. The car on the video has an automatic transmission, specifically a CVT (continuous velocity transmission).
