I'm really digging mine after the 4th camping trip with it. No rust and it cleans up super easy. My kids don't like dirty eggs that you get from traditional griddles. With this one I use a silicone scraper to push all the extra gunk to the drain after the bacon is cooked before putting the eggs on. Light weight and great size.

Great review! I bought one just a couple months ago and it has been great! Like you said the compact size is a huge space saver and it is way lighter than my full size Blackstone griddle. New subscriber and fellow camping and outdoor enthusiast. I just post a video how I did not like my 22” Blackstone. It’s too big for our small TT and it was underwhelming for home use. Folks in my comments love the 36”, which I might look into for home, but I saw this not too long ago, so your video was perfect timing. We just switched this year to a Coleman with a grill and burner, but I’d like a small griddle. I like the accessory kit you included and your review was definitely helpful. It cleans up nice! People not liking that it's nonstick aluminum need to understand it is designed for portability. So weight is considered in this design. If the griddle was made of steel it would add more weight. Also nonstick is easier to clean by wiping it than to pour water on a steel griddle. This griddle should be fine for occasional camping trips or to the park. If you want one for home use then the steel versions would be better. And for those who want the steel versions, you would be giving up the portability design. Whatever best works for you.

I am really impressed with this little griddle. However, I don’t see it as a viable replacement for the gas grill. I believe steaks and chicken will do better on the grill. Meanwhile smash burgers and steak and cheese/Philly cheese steaks call for the griddle. I would carry both in that storage cubby. It all depends on what’s for Supper.

I have had this grill about a month and love it. I have had the 17" blackstone and hated it for camping. With the single burner I could never get it hot enough on just a cool night. I went to the 22 inch steel and while OK any wind and it would cool off fast and it is crazy heavy and a real pain to store in the camper. This 20 inch is perfect for us. It gets FAR hotter then even out old 22 because its an aluminum plate which also means its much lighter and easier to store. My only concern will is how long it will last being aluminum and the non stick coating

LOVE THIS CHANNEL SO MUCH, thank you. Get the blackstone burger press for the Teflon grills, it works awesome I bought this grill last month and after one weekend the heavy @ss 22" blackstone griddle was unloaded in a garage & will be given away to somebody. Pro's LOVE the light weight gets super hot compared to the 22 steel blackstone. Cooks steaks much better Wind does not bother it like the old grill. Super slick and SO EASY to clean Con's I had to buy new plastic stuff for the non-stick. SUPER Slick, I had to buy the silicone egg holders because when you fry an egg it runs away from you :) I HATE the clicker starter, in 1 week it quit sparking. So I bought a electronic one on amazon and installed it. I feel for $150 it should have come with an electronic igniter 1 month in and I love this grill so much more then the 22 steel blackstone. 3 Years ago I bought a grill/Griddle combo by Blackstone, just last night I cooked a lb of bacon, two chicken breast, sautéed some onions and finished with smash burgers, I only used the griddle side to do all this and still to this day, all it really does is steam the food, it has never gotten hot enough to sear anything, I’ve tried everything I can think of to no avail…..I’m left with the opinion that it just flat out sucks and it will never get hot enough to make proper seared flavourful food. Even when I sous Vide my chops and steaks, I try to finish searing them on the griddle and I’ve never gotten a good sear or even an acceptable sear. If I go for a good sear/colour on the chops or steaks, they will end up grossly overcooked. Not impressed with blackstone at all.
