Even as a bus enthusiast I have to disagree, the BZLs are miles better in terms of many things including comfort and useful additions like USB, ibus modernisation, lighting etc. now if we as enthusiasts compare it to what they replace, B9s, then yes there won’t compare for us. B9TLs everyday. But don’t slap ‘So bad’ to something and leave it there. Give Volvo some credit
