Glad you stuck with the maro in the end! Honest question, as a SS 1le owner myself I already think my gears are too long to enjoy on the roads. Rev out first and into second, already 45 or more. How has your experience been with the ZL1 on normal roads, how often can you rev it out, speed at redline in each gear, etc? Currently I have the 1SS 1le and I’m in love with the car, I could get a ZL1 or ZLE and it would have a lot of comfort features and all that, but power and drivetrain of course is different. I don’t know how much more I’ll enjoy it on the street though.

Great choice! Got my first Camaro last September (base 6 speed LT1). Owned 4 Vettes (2 were new) and never gave the Camaro a second look. Great video bro 👍 I found your channel a few months ago when I was looking to buy an SS 1Le. I'm wondering why didn't you get a corvette 2019? Since those generations still have a manual transmission and they are lighter than camaros.

Thank you man! A few reasons. 1 the camaro feels like a more solid car to me. Im more comfortable in them too im a tall guy. The vettes for a GS/z51 are still 60-70k low miles for a 5 year old car about to be out of power train warranty. I looked heavily into them but I dont see me dropping that kinda money on a 5 year old car. Ultimately its still the same lt1 ive had twice. The camaro appeals to me more. Its much more rare. I joke the official car of cars and coffee is a corvette. They are everywhere and I like some level of exclusiveness. For the z. Super charger. Better interior/seating/ergonomics. More value for money. Stronger engine capable of much more power. Im sure theres some more reasons. But i go pretty deep when it comes to considering cars 😂

Congratulations! The ZL1 and the hellcat Challenger are my dream cars. I feel like you may be disappointed on lap times if you plan on doing the same track as the SS 1LE though, if the track is pretty tight, the times will probably be very close. What really matters is the experience though and how you feel driving it. This is the big boy. When you get a few more miles on it, do a comparison video of what you like or don't compared to the last car, how the suspension feels and power ECT thanks man. Have a great time and don't wreck it lol

I have a 2022 2SS 1LE 6 speed. How is the handling compared to the 1LE? Obviously the power is greater, but to me handling is most important. Not sure if you had a chance to play with the ZL1 yet.
