@@MrRicoh so, I couldn’t get my hands on the codes but in the meantime the Kyocera technician emailed me back and suggested that my cyan Developer is probably clogged (since in the samples I send him he noticed no cyan) and I must replace it or hope it will eventually unclog 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes, I had such a problem with the printer. Clean the sensor behind the waste toner box with a vacuum cleaner, and install a new waste toner box to be sure. If you do not have a new cartridge, remove the toner from the old one, pour a little soap and water. Shake and pour out the dirty water. Then dry the old cartridge and install it into the printer.
