Replacement Headlight for Triumph Street Triple rs

Thank you for this. We have a weird homologation law where there needs to be a front license plate on bikes. The one that comes with the bike is really ugly and messes up the bike's looks. I didn't want to touch anything on mine without being super sure I knew what I was doing.

Hi I actually screw up the sleeve inside the headlight. Do you know if it is a rivet nut or something else.

@@allenhu5259 just a screw. I don’t have any ideas on how to fix it. It’s horribly put together. Let me know if you figure something out.

Just trying to remove mine and have the dreaded spinning bolts also. Unfortunately I need to keep mine so cutting isn’t an option

Yes actually you can, i converted my st765s headlight to 2021 st765 rs ones But you will need the r/rs front cowl(windscreen) with air intake, without these the new headlight will not fit Even if you manage to fit the triangle air intake in st765 S looks weird and looks like it has panel gaps I got used headlight around 15000inr and rs front cowl and intake around 15500 in India And yes the connector also differs so don’t do it yourselves ask a skilled mechanic to do it for you Hope it helps😄

OMG. You have to buy an entire headlight assembly if a bulb goes bad?! I'm here because my left light seems not to work great.

@@5691Mark also, I just saw someone on a Facebook group selling a fairly new assembly. But yes, it’s all one piece. There is a control module that I think went out. But it was over $20 for that and I don’t want to chance it not fixing the whole issue.

It did last a lifetime, just not a very long one 😂 hopefully, this isn’t indicative of quality across the board. I can only imagine the waste that can come from entire units having to be replaced in bikes and cars. Light bulbs seem more reasonable now
