This song really is gold. I mean, its so eerie , sweet, sad, and toutching, while avoiding being cheesy. This really stands out from any brony music I've heard, as well as most of Replacers own music, through its unique atmosphere. Each note, tone and instrument feels chosen, careful, and, from a recording standpoint, it is extremely crisp.

you know, now that i've had a lot more time to reflect on this song, one of the things i really dig is the long instrumental breaks before, between, and after both verses. it really helps the pacing of the song, and i think it creates this lovely forlorn atmosphere that gives you a chance to really soak in & decipher the lyrics, even if there may not actually be an explicit message being sent. it fits so well with the theme, and really makes it memorable & enjoyable to listen to. also i guess that means this is now about 6-7 months later and i still can't stop listening to it. every time it comes up, be it a youtube recommendation or on my phone's local playlist on long drives between jobs, i always listen to it once, and usually loop it a bunch because it just feels so nice to listen to.

Wow, the harmonies are so unique when compared to the instrumental! Like, you took a normally bluesy melody and harmony and put it a very electric instrument. At first I didn't think it would be so good, but of course, you /are/ replacer, after all. You have a true gift for composition. I look forward to your future content!
