My Mazda 2 had 6 clamps but that was it I just got a Cruze and saw this and im going wtf have I gotten myself into 😅 my Cavalier didnt even have this much work to get it done

Hey man which brand does Chevy use as their OEM air filter?? Is it ac Delco?

I think it’s ac Delco. You can double check w a parts dept at a local dealer.

They sure didn't wanna make this simple did they? I remember just having to move one hose, and flip off two clamps to get to the filter on my ford ranger. That was much nicer! xD

How many miles were on the old air filter?

I don’t recall maybe 3,000-4,000. I usually just change it whenever I do an oil change.

I came to see if mine was different and it is. Its the same housing and filter but there no tab...!?! Its like factory sealed with the orange on that side your tab is on. I can not figure it out! 😢

Is expensive doesn’t matter what it is they charge $185 and up plus parts.. watch videos like this do your own maintenance if you don’t have warranty..
