Depending on the age/generation of a Driverack unit, you should be able to use either the RS-232 port or the RJ-45 connection on the back of the dbx unit. DBX has software (available for download - called "Driveware"). It works on Windows; you will need the right connectivity cabling to control the Driverack.

@@stageleftaudio i see for ic u27 burnt out. I can't see the serial number of the IC. is there a diagram? I've looked for the diagram but it's not available

Any diagrams or schematics would need to come from DBX (Harman International). They are the owners of the products. dbxpro.com/en-US Try searching for the product manual. Sometimes, they may be called "Service Manuals".

@@stageleftaudio there is no available diagram for the service manual. I am having problems with the serial number of the IC that is used. because there is no writing on the ic. actually the ic is to issue a 3.3v voltage but I'm confused because it doesn't have a serial number listed. can you help me with your experience?

Try contacting DBX support; they are the manufactures of the device. They should be able to assist you. I am sorry, I do not have the experience you are needing to troubleshoot your issue.
