When taking the caliper off and back on can the piston get out of place and need a c-clamp to be properly seated? I'm having some brake problems after doing this fix, and am trying to figure out the cause.

@@charlesedmundadams not unless you stepper on the brake pedal. Piston doesn't move unless pushed on way or another. What kind of brake problems are you experiencing?

Had to do this with my 03 Corolla, however, I didn't use a spacer. 🙃 I just put wheel on and torqued the lug nut to spec. 😲

It's best to get the lug stud seated fully before you put the wheel on because the factory torque will not be enough to seat it all the way into the hub.

Yes there are adjusters on the back side. You always have to adjust new headlights.

Hey man. Another question. My temp gauge on my 1.6l corolla acts weird and can’t find answers online. While idling the temperature gauge rises to about halfway. But, when I drive the temp gauge goes down to about 10% (with the top white line being 100 and the bottom white line being 0) so basically it barley comes up. What does this mean?

Well, when it goes down do you still have heat? If you don't have heat ot sounds like it's a bad thermostat.

Breaker bar through the wheel (remove center cap), or stick a screwdriver in the rotor through the caliper and then use a breaker bar
