I have to tell you Tony, you remind me of my oldest brother, there's nothing mechanical he can't fix or figure out! I really enjoy seeing you tackle those big machines, you make it look easy!

It almost seems like a delicate machine for the job it has to do. I admire your patience.

Great job, Tony and Ash. Sometimes it’s best to just walk away for a minute or two when you get aggravated at something. I found that worked for me a lot of times. I watch another farmer that has one of those and I don’t think he likes working on his either. Great video. Thanks for sharing!

ToeKnee! THRASHER! SmartASH! Great video. Allot of parts design I hadn't seen. I imagine those guid collars take the twisting force off the bolts. THRASHER, you'll look back in these times when you were just a tool fetcher and helped and realize how much you learned there and how you built a relationship with both ToeKnee and SmartASH most kids never have the advantage of with any adult even family. We had an old JD 820 2 cylinder diesel. The flywheel was 400lbs and on a shaft about 12" long past the flywheel. There was 2 slots in the cast and you had to drive a chisel in both slots to expand it enough to move on the shaft. 1st gear had the bottom finger broken off the shifting fork, the shifter would put it in gear but it not pull it out, you had to remove the flywheel to get at it. Some "idiot", we won't s who🙄, put it in 1rst gear when shutting it down...4 times one summer. Not a happy thing to fix out in the field. And some dad, we won't say who, refused to get a replacement fork. (The tractor had become a collector and parts were $$$$). Again, great video, thanks for being so generous in the time it takes to make that happen. You guys truly live second Corinthians 9: 6 - 7. Take care.

Tony speak: Interesting = $$$$$ Fun = aligning multiple bolts on equipment weighing hundreds of pounds! Well done gents! Blessings. P.S. Thatcher took the bullet off his hat - hope he did not lose it.

Every piece of equipment was put together on a factory floor, in a particular order. To bad they don't break down in the reverse order!👍🐄

As the saying goes, “There is always something to be done on a farm.” Simple enough, but so understanding if you know and appreciate the life of a farmer…dairy farmer at that!! Another great video fellas!! Hope you all are having a good week!!

Well, unfortunately, I’m not sure John Deere makes Tedders

@Tony Rohrer John Deere does make Tedders in a 4 and 6 Roter version.
