Replacing: Coolant Expansion Tank Reservoir + Coolant Flush (Audi B6 A4 1.8t Quattro)

replaced the reservoir/flushed out the 'old green stuff' then replaced it with the pink G12 coolant.

I have coolant full of pink coolant. I have a hole which is on top, it is weird i know. I am planning how should I drain it

Did you flush the coolant or just drain it?

Flushed it a few times using radiator flush and distilled water because it had green coolant in it at first from previous owner so I wanted to make sure it was clear of the old stuff. I later ended up replacing the entire cooling system with new components and fresh new pink coolant

Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers, hose clamp pliers, hose removal pliers, drain pan for the coolant and funnel to add new coolant. Got the screwdriver set and hose clamp pliers from shopdap.com. Got the drain pan and funnel from autozone and the hose removal pliers from harbor freight.
