Hi guys, you don’t have to undo the ball joint just two bolts on the upper swing arm and it will swing away enough to get the front strut out

When the struts+Springs come pre-assembled from Mitsubishi, do they have left/right markings or are they universal for both sides. Just asking as you marked them before putting them on the spring compressor!? Cheers.

Hi @Pokey'sMechanical. Thank you for documenting. When we tried this, getting the strut out and getting the new one in was very, very difficult. It was almost like the hub wouldnt drop down enough. Any ideas on what could have caused that?

Nice video mate. What torque do the upper ball joint bolts need to be at? I managed to snap one doing it by hand while fitting a CV driveshaft...

Factory torque spec is 34nm (+/- 6nm)
