Replacing Gen 1 Toyota Sequoia Rear Brakes

Today we replace the weird hybrid disc/drum rear brakes on our 1st Gen Toyota Sequoia 4x4... how hard could it possibly be??!!
Extra special thanks to the Toyota engineers who thought that adding drum brakes to disc brakes for the parking brake, rather than just using a lever action parking brake on the rear caliper, would be a good idea. slow clap

But I'm a special kind of crazy.

If you've never done drum brakes before, you *can* do them and learn on this. BUT drums aren't quite as straightforward as disc brakes, and these are a combo of both drums and discs. I'd highly recommend finding someone to join you as a coach/mentor who has done it before so you get it right the first time. But there are LOTS of great KZbin videos on how to do drum brakes. Watch them til you're pretty familiar and give it a go.
