Replacing headlight H11 bulbs on a Lexus CT200h

My mum's car headlight-dipped bulb stopped working so dad bought a new set from Power Bulbs. They cost around £36 and are supposed to be much better than the standard ones.
Osram Night Breaker Laser H11 12v 55w. Replacing the passenger side was easy the driver's side was a nightmare and I had to help out with that one. Having little hands really helps.
