Replacing Hood Support Struts. 35 Dollars and 5 minutes! Infiniti FX35 FX50 FX37 QX70.

The OEM part number is 65470-1CA0A. Stabilus 2138Z1
I used Tuff Support part number 613890 as my aftermarket replacement units.

I have to compliment you. I had to do this today. Doing it with one hand is very hard. However doing it with two hands is a piece of cake. Great video. Saved me a lot of money. Keep it up.

am glad I saw your video Edbwoy, Infiniti dealer quoted me 150 to replace the hood struts...I guess their hood struts got that adaptive damping magnetorhelogical fluid 😂

I need to do the trunk support next, I did the hood support about 4 months ago I think we conversed at that time when I did it. I wanted to ask you about the rear center armrest strap. The strap was missing at the time of purchase. Is there a way to repair/replace because I can't open/pulled down the rear center armrest? Thanks in advance ☺
