Replacing LED light strip in electric fireplace

a friend of mine has a similar fireplace with apparently no flames but after opening I discover the 3 LEDs were on but flickering (all 3 with same flicker) and emitting very little light. I suspect power supply issue, maybe a condense. What do you think? Do you easily connect the strip (pug and play) or you need respect same voltages or Ah?

Hello, When I plug it only red lights come on (usually it's green, orange and red) and it beeps. The led light board comes on but too dim. I don't see the motor rotate. What could the problem be, please? Thank you.

I have the same problem! What brand is your space heater, and how did you know that you were ordering the correct light strips that would work with it? I have to figure out how to order some, because the manufacturer of our electric fireplace (Touchstone) no longer carries the light strips that go with the unit.

Julia Khouri Hello, I bought this from Amazon... it’s Best Choice Sky embedded fireplace. I couldn’t find any light strips specific for o this brand. So after I looked at what kind of light strip was there originally, I just searched on Amazon and looked at various kinds. I knew that I would need something that had 2 wires and so when I found some, I figured I’d just give them a shot. They weren’t expensive, like $8 for a pack of 8. Is your light strip similar to mine?
