Thanks for the guide here. I'm in the middle of the same job on a Citroen C4 which has the same engine. Like yours, the sump plug in the Citroen was crossed threaded by someone, so just replacing the sump.

Hi great video . hopefully the 1.4 HDI is the same .there is a small oil leak which hopefully is only the sump pan seal. I reseal cat flanges using wood burning stove high temperature 1400 C sealant . I have just replaced the front suspension lower control arm bushes and also the rear axle beam pivot bushes in situ .I copied the screw jack tool a guy made on You Tube .

Hello, I have a Peugeot 307 like this one. The first and second oxygen sensors always fail. I had to change them and then they broke again. Do you know what is the reason?

Be happy to have alternate oil pan. Or maybe that's diference betwen ph1 and ph2 models. I have 2002 model and struggle with the one, with rubber seal, this one is much closer to right drive axle bearing support so it was very hard to maneuver betwen this support and oil pump to take oilpan out and impossible to manover it back without damaging seal by guideing pins/bolts. Oil pan not comes out stright down and back up but with the strange angles. So what left in this case? Removing this support was nesessery, to do that i had to remove driveaxle too. So much work for stupid oil pan seal :/ Now I have to detach central bearing from that support, it's unscrewed but it stuck, i'm afraid that without using force it would not come out. And i've not planned to replace that bearing. Stupid project...

Hi my friend 👋 I hope you can help me 🌹 my car peugeot 307 2006 I have a problem in the power steering. * The power steerin Sometimes does not working, But when I turn off The engine and start the engine again the power steering starts works normally, sometimes Two or three days pass without any problem The power steering . 💁🏻‍♂️ And sometimes power steering stops working more then 5 times a day 🤷🏻‍♂️ I already replaced the power steering in a new one, put it still the same problem 🤦🏻‍♂️ * I think the problem is overhead . I believe that the the power steering temperature goes higher and power steering stops itself 🤔 what do you think? *P.S : wen I cool down the power steering in water hose hes starts works normally 😐 *P.S 2 : wen The Power steering works the steering wheel is very very easy to Spin and light and fast. Thank you for reading my problem and excuse me for explaining a lot 🌹

When sealing aluminium to aluminum - use sealant . When sealing aluminium to steel/cast iron - use gasket (preferably gasket only , dry fit , without added sealant) .

there are no gaskets for this part of the vehicle. You have no choice but to use fluid silicone sealant.

Okay. I unscrewed all the screws. that's exactly what I have for these 22 pieces. oil pan I do not want to disassemble. can you help me somehow? mass any way for such a problem?

Somebody used sealing glue instead of silicone? Hit the pan around with a rubber hammer.

Mahmoud Shahin Get your OBD checked by a TRUSTED shop or mechanic only. They will read data about your car where you can find and resolve the issue. Be cautious as many shops say you need to fix things which don’t need fixing.
