I'm using filament LEDs in this kind of fixtures. Filament LEDs have wider beam angle so the light is better distributed.

Most of the filament LEDs tend to flicker more because they are usually equipped with cheap drivers.

@@fansloverz leds flicker worse than cfl and they dont even last a year most of the time. the only good leds are the 1000 dollars ones.

it doesnt have enough circulation so one cfl would die in that type of lantern.
