Blue light stayed on all time on Picanto. Changed the switch and it goes off after a few minutes of driving.

The blue light indicates that the engine is still cold or has not reach the optimal temparature. When it turns off, it means that it hs reached the optimal temparature needed. I recommend to give your car a 2 - 5 minutes to warm up before running. This helps a lot with the oil, lubricating the engine.

Hi why the red light turns on my engine run perfectly about 30 seconds red lights turns off when am driving maybe 2 or 3 times that happens

There are a lot of reasons for that, it could be that your Thermostat is not properly working not circulating the water properly, you could have a clogged radiator or malfunctioning temp sensor. Have you experienced overheating?
