Thank you for this. I find these all the time at the garbage dump and I brought 3 home. Now I can fix them.

Great, let me know if you run into any issues. It should be a pretty straight forward conversion to get the scooter running. It is usually the battery that goes bad in these razor scooters. If you replace the battery and it is still not working, it is most likely the controller.

@@DIYwithDUY I really appreciate your advice I’m guessing it’s the battery looks like it was never used and sat in a garage but yea it lights up but don’t go I read the lead batteries gotta stay charged or they stop working. If it is the controller is there one you recommend getting that may be a small upgrade?

@@Jorda5s No Problem. Glad to help. Yes, those lead batteries are not as reliable as lithium batteries. Depending on the exact scooter model you have will determine which controller works well. My daughters favorite scooter at the moment is our Razor E100 power core 24V scooter with upgraded 36v controller and 2 dewalt batteries. We are still using the factory 24V motor and over volt the motor to 40V. It's so fast, my daughter doesn't go full throttle. Here's the video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIWmc414nKZsfskfeature=shared
