I’m about to have to do this on a T250 and though most of the time you just end up figuring it out as you go it truly is nice to be able to see what your getting into before you start when you’ve not done it before so like the other comment said thanks for taking the time to make the video its appreciated, and absolutely correct on the zerk fitting it’s a potentially dangerous situation if you try and remove it under pressure and if nothing else will likely end up in a big mess to clean up at the least…

For anyone watching this, if your seals are not blown on your track tensioner do not attempt taking off the zerk fitting under full pressure. If you are taking your track tensioner out for any other reason other than blown seals (unpressurized cylinder) then you need to follow the instructions that are on the side of the skid steer that tell you to turn the bleeding screw right beside the zerk fitting no more than I believe 1 and 1/2 turns. Again, if you have a fully pressurized cylinder do not take out the zerk fitting until you have bled Grease / pressure out first.
