Replacing Vauxhall Zafira Car Key Battery

This is a short informational piece of footage showing how to open up the key for a Vauxhall/Opel Zafira and change the battery.
I show you a little tip on how to prolong the battery life in the key and also in the next video to follow i show you how to reprogram the key with the car.

HOW TO REPROGRAMM: If anyone is wondering about what should be in the second video. Unlock your car manually and insert the key into the ignition. Turn it to the first position, the control lights should be on and the engine should not be running. Now press one of the buttons on the key. Doesn’t matter wich. The doors should automatically lock and unlock. Your key is now reprogrammed.

Worked like a charm! I have the Opel Vectra 2001b. I changed the battery and did not have to program it at all. Doors opened and closed and the engine ignited as well. Many thanks for this video!

Help Broken inside key fob I found one on eBay but was given a different battery size 433.92mhz . My battery 2032 / 3 bolt doesn't fit
