@entheogenocide2 жыл бұрын
Yea agreed the guys that jumped over the upbox made it so much better. I didnt like having a step up for the last jump either. It was so difficult to get enough speed and to go big.
@lennartkinzler2 жыл бұрын
This hurts to see emil loose his streak in that way🥲🥲
@weatheranddarkness2 жыл бұрын
Course needs a little bit of tweaking for flow, but really great for its initial Crankworx comp, and it looks like it has a good amount of potential for new stuff since there are real line options; even just having the first feature being a good size to either ride or clear entirely. Plus the railings look like they could be ridden. Six straight jumps, a whale tail and a boner log is a glorified DJ comp, this on the other hand is a great direction to go!
@kona-fl7fl2 жыл бұрын
I think you nailed it overall. Love a lot of the design of this course (never even thought of riding the railing at the first feature, how sick would that be). The dirt pipe section I was so excited for but it turned out to be the Achilles heel of the course for taking speed away. But definitely love the tech features and overall options the course offers.
@weatheranddarkness2 жыл бұрын
@@kona-fl7fl the pipe I think would be better if the flats weren't so long and there was maybe one hip on each side, maybe lined up so that you could either hip left, then right, and if you chose to treat it more like a pipe you just take the opposite tack. As it is it basically functions like 4 parallel hips, and the pipe quality is really just more dirt around them

that last jump they made it to difficult to get thru even the best of the best are having issues and i think a big trick at the end of the event will help the sport more than having a hard course to get thru speed wise. people want to see those world 1st. that box should have a back to it so people can get way more creative off that wall or use it as it is, more options.!!

i guess i wasn't the only who was wondering about emil's crash,it seems like he compensated for the side wind too much by going his left while spinning to the right,this made him come up short and he couldn't handle the impact,that's my guess at least. Heal quick Emil!!!

Kinda lame when there's a feature that half the riders crash on, regardless of their typical skill. After a few, it starts to make it seem like it's not the riders' fault, rather something wrong with the feature itself. There's been a couple events with this problem this year.
