This was a fun stream! I love the Allman Brothers and Dolly! Not to be *that* person, but I'm pretty sure the Allman Brothers are actually categorized as "Southern Rock", not country. Similar to Lynard Skynard, ZZ Top, and The Outlaws. All great bands! Love y'all, thanks for the stream!❤

Is James Prigioni the gardener you're talking about? Nice to hear you talking well of NJ, since that's probably where I'm moving! I can't take prednisone because it raises my blood glucose way too high. No bueno for diabetes! I need to get back to a rheumatologist to see if there are any new meds for rheumatoid arthritis & my lupus complications. RA is a total nasty daily grind. It made me feel old so quickly when I was diagnosed around age 50. I worry that I'll be in a wheelchair or a scooter before long, but I need to realize that it's not a failure, it's letting myself remain engaged and active! Ohh Neurontin. He's not wrong, but also, it has a LOT of off label applications. They don't know why, but it helps with insomnia and anxiety when a lot of other drugs don't help. LOL Steve, "the Surekill". Yeah, you're a native! I went to some after hours clubs in the 80s in NYC & Philly, and many on South Beach in the 90s. Many many stories, lol. When I was young and wild. I used to go to New Orleans a LOT. I worked w/ Anne Rice on her annual parties, doing the internet tech for them! SO much fun. In fact, I met my husband through her fandom, back in 1995. Thanks, y'all!

Youre not imaging it Marc re the weather and arthritis. Damp weather whether hot or cold (think wet tropics) are hard on arthritis. Its why retired folks go to Arizona. The dry heat helps lower inflammation. I have a membership at my local Y to use the gym and pool because they have an infared sauna in both the mens and womens adult change rooms. I have sciatica and sciatic joint pain from a car accident and all the doctors and physios say infared sauna helps bring down inflammation. It also helps lower the chance of dementia. So if any of the gyms around u have an infared sauna and a whirlpool you could use id recommend it. And the Y will let you pay to just use a day pass if you just want to try it out or it would be cheaper if u can only go once or twoce a week (so paying for a monthly membership is not worth it)

Adding this to say steam saunas don't give the same benefit. It's the dry sauna with dey heat that is most beneficial. A retired cop I worked with when I did Crown work actually bought an infared sauna from Costco (it's like the size of single person shower) for like 2 or 3k and he gets in it every day to treat inflammation in his knee (he developed arthritis in it after having cancer removed from the knee). He said his specialists recommended it too to lower inflammation in the body.
